What country are you in? If the U.S. you need to know that she is playing you. There are some women who love to be admired even from afar. She did not marry the other guy because she had to. That use to be possible but not any more. Of course if she is under 18 then her parents can direct her life.
If you are in another country I know not your customs, but it still seems like she may be playing you.
Understand this. She is married now. Not to you. So you need to move on. She will continue to hold you on the line as long as you let her so it is up to you where you want to go.
