I've heard missionary is best. But i'm sure it can happen in ANY position!

Try having sex with her pelvis lifted by a pillow or something like that with the guy on top. And have her stay in that position for 15-20 min afterwards. It gives the spermy's a direct pathway to where they need to go.

Doggy style is reccomened also missionary but with hips elevated with pillows legs up but the key is afterwards she should stay laying in the elevated position for as long as she can. The legs don't have to be up but make sure they are closed to help trap the semen. But keep the hips elevated on pillows.

After done have her lift her bottom for about 3 mins then go do what you have to do. My friend used this method. It worked for her. Good luck!

I think if the man is on top that will get a women pregnant or doggy style. I speak from experience....
