Will they admit a psychologist?

Well you are rarely going to find an actual college doing AI but you can find this type of study in Universities. I have added a link below which lists a few universities doing this sort of thing. I have also added a few university links to AI programs they offer.
As far as admitting a psychologist I am not quite sure. While your psychology background is awesome for the field, you also have to have somewhat of a technical side. So if you can do some programming or dabble in hardware, then you might be perfect.
If anything the universities will just require that you take some additional computing courses first before getting into the real meat and potatoes of the AI itself.
Each school is different of course and it is best to talk to the advisors there to get a feel for what it is all about.
