Pressure washers are much better than water hoses & doesn't take as long either.

Hose pipe. Spray it with water. Toilet paper (well most anyway) breaks up in water.

LOL! I thought that kind of thing went out back in the 80's...the hose and the water sprayer will get it out, if not the next good rain.

using some sort of water sprayer type implement (hose with a nozzle, pressure washer, squirt gun) blast it out of the trees. I recommend aiming it toards the street though.

The ones you can't reach will eventually disappear with rain. Not a whole lot of solutions to this one. Just let nature take its course.

If spraying it out with a hose can't reach that high, wait for rain and then rake it up when it dries.

Take the water which you will use with the fabric, and irrigate the wood. Irrigating wood helps them to devour the CO2 and make the paper. yet in addition bypass with positioned up shopper waste for wipes.

rain will eventually get to it. you can get a ladder but one rain and its all gone. since toilet paper is biodegradable it wont take long

well i wouldn't use water. think of it this way, whaat does toilet paper do when it gets wet? It STICKS to everything right? your best bet is to take it off peice by peice if you can.
