I say, that SD Ram is good, probably because I see efficient working systems usually with a DDR SD Ram

BOTH ARE GOOD RAM SD RAM IS AN OLDER VERSION WHICH IS ONLY SUPPORTED BY THE OLD VERSION PCS AND DDR RAM IS NEW ONE WHICH IS ONLY SUPPORTED BY NEWER VERION THERE IS NOW DDR VERSION 2 AVAILABLE IT ALL DEPEND ON THE PC IT MJST SUPPORT THE RAM ALL RAM ARE SAME THEY PROVIDE MEMORY TO THE MOTHER BOARD
