Yes. he still holds that title.

It just goes to show that you can lie about your education, your qualifications, your family background, commit perjury etc., and get sent to jail, but the Establishment still looks after you.

It is one of the shameful things about the UK honours system. He should have been stripped of his title the moment he was sent to jail.
