hmmm, doing this from memory, but I think Barbara is in the first town from the second island, going up and over to the third. follow the road with the Golden Gate bridge. First town check out the police department's parking lot, don't remember the times. I think Katie is the girl you can find on the NE corner of the golf course. I don't remember the times but she was a real pain to find. Hope this helps.
