I recently had my tubes tied and was wondering if it made you want sex more and if it makes you cain weight?

i had my tubes tied at age 30 and gaining weight no, but wanting sex more i have to say yes. But a friend of mine who has not had hers tied also is in a sex drive. so we say its cause of our age!!

My mom had her tubes tied, so i don't know about the sex part, but she did not gain weight.

I had my tubes tied. I didn't want sex more I wanted it less. I also didn't gain any weight.

I had mine tied during my section. My answer to both is no lol.
I found my hormones were out of whack for a while and had to go back on the pill to regulate.

had mine tied about 4 years ago....haven't gained any weight.... but sex life has increased....probably because i no longer have to worry about getting pregnant

I had mine done, I kinda does make you want sex more ( not with everyone and their twin brother though) Maybe its because you "know" you cant get pregnant and you can enjoy it more with the one you love. It didnt make me gain weight though!

So far i havent gain any weight from it, it isnt like birth control in that way.
And yeah it can increase your sex drive because you no longer have to worry about birth control :)

I have mines tied and I don't want do it. My husband on the other hand seems more interested now than he ever did hum.

no, you don't gain weight, at least I didn't, but as for sex, I think you want it more because you don't worry about getting pregnant now. enjoy.

I had mine done 19 years ago. Didn't effect me in either of these scenarios.
