These are common non-technical appreviation for the negative helping verbs just like
be not , they just eleminate the verb conjuction and get the pronoun directly with ain't
he is not = he ain't
I am not = I ain`t
They are not = they ain't .....etc

Well, I'm a southerner myself, and alot of people think it's just an uneducated way of saying "it isn't". But it's just a southern drawl, and an accent. It means "it isn't".

Ain't is a contraction originally for "am not" and "are not", but now typically meaning "is not", "am not", "are not", "has not", or "have not". It is now considered incorrect grammer, but is still common in the south.

"Ain't" is actually a nonword -- its basically a slang way of saying "isn't."
Now is that answer OK or are you going to report me again?
