Oh yeah. My feet went right back to their normal size. Some women's feet get bigger after pregnancy and never shrink back to the original size. About your weight, Honey it took you nine months to have a baby and gain that weight. Don't try to lose it to fast it's not healthy. I gained 35 pounds when I was pregnant and it took me about a year to lose it. I did weight watchers and lost about 50lbs total. You are a new mom and you have enough to worry about. The weight will come off don't push yourself to hard. Good Luck and God Bless!!

Most women do notice their feet increase in size anywhere from a 1/2 to a full size after pregnancy. I don't believe there is anything you can do about it. I developed swollen feet/ankles and legs during pregnancy, but the swelling went away about a week after delivery. If you still have pregnancy weight on, then that could be the reason for your larger feet. Don't stress over the baby weight. You have to remember it took over 9 months for your body to change for the pregnancy, you can't expect it to go back to normal in such a short time. I think society puts too much stress on new moms to get back into their pre-pregnancy shape because we see all these famous moms in bikini's weeks after they delivered. But remember, these actresses and models have personal chefs, trainers and nannys all assisting them. You are a working mother, and yet you are still breastfeeding and pumping - give yourself some credit. You can always try doing some stretches while your baby has some tummy time on the floor. You can also try making healthier food choices. I don't know that you don't eat healthy, but we could all stand to eat healthier couldn't we? Good luck!

Supplements don't work. They are money making scams anyways.
Go on a diet while you are walking. Do the South Beach Diet. I have Type II Diabetes and the doctor put me on this. No sugars AT ALL, no bad carbs (Potatoes, pastas, anything made with white flour), only good carbs like whole wheat pastas and breads, brown rice. Change sodas/pops to diet (0 grams of sugar) You'd be amazed how much foods contain sugars. Sugars turn to fat. When I started this I lost 35 pounds in a few months. Good luck! Once you get started and get into the grove of things, it gets easier. Plus it's healthy!

The weight in your feet is water weight...it will go away on its own. The reason you don't see the weight loss and others do is because you see yourself everyday and others don't so they can tell you have lost weight since the last time they saw you. Just keep walking and doing what you are doing and the weight will come off. It may take until after you have stopped nursing, but I don't think so.

the weight you are referring to in your feet is one of two things, It is either oedema caused by leekage threw the inter costal tissue during pregnancy or can be caused by left ventricle failure of the heart,
I am assuming you are reasonably young having just had a baby, so lets assume its the first option,
it is best to raise the fet above the level of the heart at every oppertunity and especially at night whilst sleeping, the fluid will go away after 2 weeks no problem at all..
good luck and enjoy your baby

Be a kid once more! When eating out, order the child’s sandwich, pizza or cheese pizza. Then you can have the treats you love, while reducing your portions and cutting your calorie intake.
