Sage is supposed to be good...also tell her that lots of products containing soya or a soya supplement from the health shop works well... in fact the health shops do their own menopause natural products so she should be able to find help there...one thing I will recommend if all else fails...do what I do..keep a supply of ice lollies for those ever so hot moments!! Oh and prepare to battle with everyone else when the fire/central heating goes on during winter, cos that is the cause of most arguements in this house...I am always over heating!!!

there are some good herbal remedies out there but they dont work for everyone and dont mix well with other medication. She will be better of seeing the gp and explaining the problem to see what he can offer

I had a hysterectomy 19 years in the past, tried all of the prescription drugs and finally chanced on a doctor to prescribe bio-same hormones which you get from a compound pharmacy. The well being care expert has to place in writing it up, notwithstanding it extremely is a existence saver. it extremely is a lotion you positioned on your forearms as quickly as an afternoon and you sense stable. My well being care expert informed me to easily take a low dose aspirin because of the fact the biggest facet effects of hrt's are that it thickens your blood which leads to strokes, etc. detect a compound pharmacy and that they are in a position to propose a doctor which will write the prescription for you. do not hear on your well being care expert whilst he says all of the facet effects are basically a factor of having previous. stay your existence totally. stable luck.

Oh my.... Black Cohosh is estrogen, and is dangerous to a woman who has breast cancer!
Your friend is now ESTROGEN DOMINANT.
She needs to supplement with natural progesterone.
It will balance out the side effects of too much estrogen in her system, and her symptoms will go away. :)

She should pick up a book called "What Yout Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause", by Dr. John Lee, the pioneer of estrogen dominance research.
