K, I'm back looking for more fantasy advise.
I have the chance to trade Grossman for Favre, who somehow ended up in free agency (I also have Palmer, who's my regular starter, so whichever of the two I get would be the backup).
So, who's the better backup, ya think? I can't help but think that, maybe, the Packers are finally starting to gell a little, and Favre, this being, probably, his last year and all, is getting pissed and doesn't want to go out on a year like last one.
Then again, Grossman shows some promise behind the Bears O line.
Hmm. Another conundrum.

being a Bears fan its hard for me to say this, but keep Farve. hes proven, and has only been shut out once in his carear. you know he is going to throw, the pack's a passing team, and try to win every game. Rex is good, but he is still learning. Bears O struggled against Min, so i would stay away from him. just remember he put up his great numbers against bad teams. not to mention Grossman is more injury prone the Farve.

Don't do it! Farve is a great quarterback, but he's well past his prime. He's closer to getting into the hall of fame than the superbowl at this point. Stick with Grossman - yeah he's injury prone, yeah this is only his 10th start in 3 years, yeah Kyle Orton is probably better in the long run, and yeah he's over paid and overhyped - but he's producing this year and that's all that matters. As a #2 guy go with Grossman, Farve is good, but he's nowhere near what he was.

i think of this would pan out calmly thinking grossman wont get that plenty different than a td possibly 2 and favre has the potential to throw for a brilliant form of possibilities yet favre seems to be enjoying properly and the eagles secondary is banged up so i'd play fave.

Hi!
Grossman. Left my draft with Delhomme and Rothlesberger as my QBs in no particular order. Dropped DelHomme last week in a costly trade situation. Chicago's "D", general early expectations from Grossman, and his growing leadership will make him the better choice long run. A horrible game or three, but some performances that will win you the day!

Grossman!!! i hate both of them, but that said,,,after week 2 grossman had the highest qb efficiency in the league, and as far as favre goes...he should have retired..last year he led the league in INT's...idk how big of a role int's play in ur league but i know in my league that means some weeks favre will have negative points...grossman might not put up flashy numbers but he will get the job done...trust me, ive won our league 2 years in a row and im on my way to the 500 prize this year

Farve is great, an i give em respect. But hes too old-he cant be productive this season.
Keep Grossman, and its not a gross decision.
