I still can't get into the homepage - I think the local phone company has blocked skype website! Bummer. Is there a way around this?

try clearing ur cache/ temp internet files.. the odds is that u have a old page stored and its not loading the new page... hold down ctrl and hit F5 and the page will be forced to reload..
