I want to be happy but of course, I don't want it unlimited. How can I be ready for pain when a certain kind of happiness happens? How can I distinguish happiness from other things if I only know happiness. I still want to learn a lot of things and an unlimited happiness cannot answer all my questions. With my being happy, I would sem to be satisfied and I might not crave for more. We need to be happy in life but unlimited happiness is not called life.

There is no unlimited happiness,
no one is happy 24/7
with a person or alone.
You seize the happy moments,
and hold to the memory,
also realize that life changes from moment to moment.
And in sorrow,
to be reminded of the rainbow after the rain.
Never expecting others to be your only foundation for
happiness.
Learn ways to be happy with your self.

possibilities more unlimited problems, however also have happiness. Happiness comes with 2 types. Temporary happiness.. happens like you strike lottery.. received gift from your loves one..bought a new car.. Absolute happiness is even when you have problems, you have no fear, handle well with composure to face it. So happiness is not the absence of problems but an absolute confident how to control and tranform them...

Sadly if one is "LOOKING" for it, they aren't spending enough time enjoying the benefits of living in the context of what they define as happiness.
Unlimited is subjective in this case. Who defines it? For me, it may be very narrowly drawn as to what I believe my own happiness is. For you it may be a never ending quest?
My sweet Aldara sums it up as well as anyone could. "One day at a time,,,Enjoy what you can,,,Let the Universe take care of the details."
I suggest Don't SEEK it, but certainly recognize happiness when it comes over you, savor it, recall it if that helps, and allow that it can happen again, situationally, circumstantially, and don't stress about anything before the fact, or over things not strictly in your control.

No, I really just want the truth. If happiness is the truth then I could live with that. Somehow I don't think it is.

I am looking for balance that brings growth. Sometimes that means going through excruciating pain to get to the growth.
