Hady doesnt need to work 101% hard to impress the viewers as he has the X Factor unlike Jonathan who has to go all out to impress them. Based on the comments from the judges on that Performance Night and the articles in the New Paper on 26 September 2006, it seems that all the judges wanted Jonathan to win. WHY?? Must Jonathan win just because he is the student of Dick Lee?
However, Jonathan's fans and supporters majority are Chinese while Hady's fans and supporters are of mixed racial. Even througout the Spectacular, Hady's talents shines every week.
So, CONGRATULATIONS TO HADY MIRZA.

100% Agree..he deserve to be the Singapore Idol 2006..but both Hady and Jon are good.. Congrats Hady Mirza!!

I agree that both Jon and Hardy have great voice. and I always think that if both in final, hady will win... just like last year SI.
Personally, I adore Jon very much!!! both are winner to me..
Please, some of the people out there, dont condarm Jon Lah... after all , i dont he is that bad what....... I support Jon but i did not vote much cos i know, cannot compare with Hady's fan,and being number 2 maybe a better way for JOn...

For me, both are winners in their own way.
Hady, good and wide range of vocals, good-looking, pleseant personality, versatile performing different genres, have a good showman ship performance.
Jon, good-looking, got a totally great deep bass vocal, sounds great singing rock and some slow songs, definitely in his element performing rock numbers, and again that deep croning voice.
But Singapore-Idol wise, Hady has got more potential to go further base on his talents.

I adore Hady! But personally, i feel tht E top 2 should ve been Matilda n Hady...Matilda deff ve E best vocal...Its sad to see a talent go to waste because of E lack of popularity. But yeah...Hady deserved it...he has been consistent all thru out. He didnt try to hard to impress...thts his charm ;)

i didnt watch any singing or full session..but based on the short glance ..i prfer hady...he is a natural performer and smooth singing
