Try Mary Kay's Indulge Soothing Eye Mask. It is made from cucumber extract and green tea. It reduces puffiness, adds about 130% more moisture to the eyes and gives the eyes a cooling sensation. It is also able to be used over make-up so if you suffer from allergies or staring at a computer all day - you can give yourself a pick up by stippling the mask under your eyes.

If Preparation H, cucumbers, tea bags or sleep masks don't work for you, I suggest you use make-up to erase sleepy-looking circles and early morning puffiness.
First, keep the skin around the eye moisturized (look for a cream with vitamin E) and then find a good concealer -- it's my best kept beauty secret! I really like Bobbi Brown's Creamy Concealer Kit, which includes setting powder. It works like a charm every time.

More sleep, less alcohol (if you drink), less caffeine, which effects how well you sleep even if it doesn't keep you awake. Also, try St. Ives Face and Eye Stress Gel. You may have a heavy and hot sensation around your eyes when you get up. Dab just the smallest bit of gel under your eyes and even on your eyelids to reduce swelling and draw the heat from the skin. It feels wonderful.

Not really reduce unless you want surgery.
The bag under the eyes are from lack of hydration.
You'll want to find a quality eye hydrating cream that works for you and use it nightly, else you look like you partied all night. drop me a line for what wife and i have used past 8 yrs with great result.

Your eyes need rest. Real rest. Try useing a sleep mask when you sleep. also, sit with your elbows on a table and place the palms of your hands over your eyes and rest them that way. 10 minutes or so twice a day.

put a slice of cucumber on each eye lid and let it sit for 20 min.
or you could get one of those face masks that you keep in the refrigerator, you know the plastic herbal masks. that always works quick. and drink 8 glasses of water a day. to prevent wrinkles.
