try Control-Alt-Right Arrow.

if you have your graphics card icon on your sys tray, then click on it and go to the options and check the shortcut key to rotate monitor and use that key combination.

I know some graphics cards have this ability - my GeForces do.
Assuming you are using Windows, go to Control Panel, click the Settings tab and click the Advanced button. Depending on your graphics card the settings will most likely be here somewhere. Good luck, and give your brat sister a slap for messing with your computer and then lying about it.

Check if you just can push it back.Most of the flat panels are designed this way.If there is any screws to lose or tight (do not think so) Next is if you mean the windows bar is on the left or right side of your screen,then just click and hold and drag it at the desired position.

press Ctrl-Alt, and UP ARROW
left arrow to move it left
Right arrow to move it to the right
Down to flip screen upside down
just don't for get the ctrl alt first.
Rotate it back using those keys.
My favorite answer was the guy telling you to uncrew it flip it around and rescrew it back on & he was serious LOL
