I believe Stupidity is the most inherited disease. It crosses all barriers of ethnicity.

By now standards I would say that AIDS & HIV have become the most common fatal inherited disease. Second up is related to babies born from crack heads, but I can't remember the name for that one.

Wasn't old age considered a inherited disease? if you really think about it everyones affected, unless death by another source, its got the highest incidences of it, and most everyones afraid of it weather they want to admit it or not.

Cancer. I dont remember where I saw it (some documentary) but some Italian or Greek village had an immunity to the cancer gene. Cancer which IS an inherited gene and causes (bar heart attack, which could be related to almost anything..ie hearts stops beating) the most deaths in USA.
