Whoopi Goldberg in Ghost did not appear nude (thank god). Hattie McDaniel in Gone With the Wind also did not appear nude (also thank god).
Not sure but I am pretty sure Denzel Washington in Glory was not nude either. (too bad...)
Jamie Foxx was not nude in Ray (too too bad)
And for those that say Morgan Freeman, I dont believe he has won any yet.
