My e-mail attachment don't open (resumes and stuff). Some file format conflict. Where can I find help?

you may have a spam filter which do not allow the attachments to be opened. Other reason that you do not have the program which handle such file. Try click on forward button and see if then it is possible to open a attached file,then it is spamfilter do not allow the attachments.Disable that in options.
