My sister had a tubal 3 years ago, but is having some symtoms of being pregnant, nausea, weight gain, stomach cramps, hunger, sleeplessness, etc... She won't go to the docotrs because she says " I can't get pregnant, I had a tubal". Our family is concerned and we don't want to suspect anything dangerous but we need to rule this out if it's possible.

Yep you still can! A tubal pregnancy is most common and can be life threatening. She needs to see a Dr. Tell her she is being ignorant.

Yes, it's possible but, unlikely. If your sister doesn't want to go to a doctor, buy her an at home pregnancy test. She can pee on a stick. It won't hurt her to do so. The symptoms of pregnancy are very much like symptoms of other things going on. The only way to tell if someone is pregnant is a positive pregnancy test and/or ultra sound.

It happens all the time, more often with the women who did not have a cauterization process. But yes, it can happen.
