Mother passed away and put another womans child before me. My brother was left everything and turned his back on me and my childreb. The rekationship has not been the same. I need help to close the issue and try and save the relationship.

You need to forgive yourself and your brother, and hope that he can forgive you for whatever it is that made your mother leave everything to your brother. Obviously there was a problem long before mom died.
Get professional help to work through the issue's. And see if your brother will also go to get joint help with you.
You must both have issues to work through.

Youre in charge now, so take it one day at a time. A new change of environment would be a great start.
