If it is someone you know, just calmly tell then that you don't like it, and that they should please not do it again.

If it is someone you don't know (in a bus) say really loudly "DON'T EVER TOUCH MY BODY AGAIN, YOU CREEP, OR I'LL CALL THE POLICE!"

Don't worry about making a fuss, or having other people look at you - the creep who slapped you didn't worry, did he? You'll be doing other women a favour, too, that's for sure.

You leave too much to our imaginations.
Is it a friend of yours? Is it a friend of your hubby or boyfriend? Is it a stranger?
I had a 'work acquaintance' slap my behind once, just to see what I'd do, and he was the one that was surprised when I slapped his behind too.
The guys at one place I worked used to try shock the women by giving them 'nutters', (it's the act of grabbing and shaking their crotch at people). It was done to me and I kind of ignored it until the guy walked by me again. I jumped out from behind the machine I was running and yelled his name and when he turned around, I gave him a female version of a nutter. He walked away with his jaw on the floor and everyone laughing at his reaction to my 'nutter'. It was later dubbed as my 'Madonna' impersonation.
If it's a stranger that does this, (with or without a punch in the gut), inform him that you're less than happy with his touching you and he could become fully aware of what 'sexual harassment' means quickly unless he keeps his hands to himself.

You need to clearly define your boundaries and tell that person you will not tolerate that kind of behavior. If he is the kind of person that such an action would suggest, he may laugh about it. But stand firm. You teach people to treat you the way you want to be treated.

Slap him in his face, tell him loudly to leave you alone. Embarrass him.

It is YOUR body.

Good Luck!
