Try a warm shower or a soak in the bath, then slowly massage some oil or lotion into them. Do this a couple of times and the ache should ease.

do yoga every day for half an hour. The postures are 1. Ardha Mathsendrasana 2. Bhujangasana 3. Halasan 4. Dhanurasan 5.Sarvangasan 6. mathyasan 7. Udhiyana Bandha 8. Nauli Kriya 9.Bhastrika Pranayanam 10. Sevasan. All these postures need to be done for 2 to 3 minutes only and they will give you good appetite, strength and good figure. You will maintain your charm & beauty the same for atleast 20 years and will be healthy and will live beyond 90 years.

Yoga and meditation are two great ways! Get DVD's and CD's. Also excelllent natural based oils, lotions such as those from the Body Shop. (Don't settle for fakes like the store of a similar name in the mall..they use chemicals!) Also used them with great massage, hot tub, etc. then get into a wonderfully clean bed with the most comfortable and cushy bedding you can afford.
