Generally, Intelligence and Personality.
In terms of personality, depending on which model you adopt, it may be something such as one's score on Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism, (based on teh Big 5 by Costa and McCrae, 1985) all of which are bipolar scales, assessed by various Psychological tools, mainly Questionnaires and psychometric tests.
In terms of intelligence, this may include emotional intelligence, or IQ, or wider understandings of the term, e.g. 16Factor models of intelligence which include musical, spatial etc intelligences.
This field is based primarily on the quantitative differences between individuals, as measurable by psychometric tests.
