note and excel archives can include macros or maybe code, they could truly include a perilous disease. Any reliable anti virus application could and could experiment them. i does no longer stop it if I were you because the MS workplace virus are quite effective and able.

there used to be an option in tools. but Im not so sure now maybe try searching google.
