West. Conf.: The NO/OKC Hornets, who had something like a 17 win improvement last season and were in the playoff mix. They were a greatly improved team and will probably grab the 8 spot in the West.

East. Conf.: The Orlando Magic. These guys have a good, young core, with Dwight Howard improving almost daily, and I think they did well in the draft. They ended last season an impressive 16-6 and actually had significant production from Darko Milicic. Sure the Bulls made the big signing, but I think the Magic are the team to surprise people.

I shop asserting this the two sleepers stands out as the Washington wizards and the Golden State Warriors. With the wizards in the event that they stay healthful i wouldnt be suprised in the event that they are the suited 2 communities interior the league. They have been given a hell of a squad, they have been given in my opinion the best element gaurd interior the game, Arenas and now Brandon Foye. They have been given all celebrity Butler, Jamison, Nick youthful, Stevensen, Mike Miller,Brandon Haywood. They have been given a brilliant form of expertise on that team. the main effective undertaking is that in the event that they are able to stay healthful . the squaddies on the different hand have a brilliant form of expertise. in the event that they are able to stay healthful too beware for the two one in each of those communities. the squaddies are an extremely youthful athletic team. With a number of of speedy massive. Stephen Jackson, Monte Ellis, Maggette, Biedrins, Randloff, Turiaf they have been given a brilliant form of expertise. Lokk out for the hawks to be a sleeper to with the signing of crawford they understand have a 2d scorer.

The Bulls. Now that they have Wallace, they have a legitimate center. With the core team still there from last year, watch out NBA. They have a young team , that can run and play defense.

T-wolves definetly. Hate to say it as a Blazers fan, but once again we messed up by dealing Foye to Min.

With someone to take some of the limelite off KG, these guys are ready to rock. Remember KG led them to the best record in the Western Conference just a couple years ago with only Sprewell and Cassel--Foye is much better than either of them, and KG is hungry for a ring.

Bulls I agree with, but I don't know if you would consider Rockets a sleeper with the bad record and injuries they had last year. Look out if Ming and Mcgrady are healthy. Its going to be Bulls vs. Rockets in finals...

I gotta say the bulls, the clippers, and maybe the rockets if they can stay healthy. Also, watch for the Pistons to not do so well this year. Their defence dropped alot from what they had in the championship team.
