I have San Diego and Atlanta Defense. I can't decide which to bench for this coming weekend. San Diego is playing Baltimore who has a pretty good team. Atlanta is playing Arizona who has a not so good team but personally I think San Diego has a better defense. However, since Atlanta is playing Arizona their defense might give a lot of points. Which should I play?

Most leagues get big scores on turnovers. So start Atlanta's D. If Warner is in, he has been a turnover machine between interceptions and fumbles and he could of lost a lot more (I know he's lost for me the last 2 weeks because of it)! If Leinhart starts....rookie QB...1st game....could be tasty. Arizona's line is also letting the rushers in for sacks. Baltimore could be a low scorer but Atlanta is higher risk, higher reward and I would take the chance. Good Luck whichever you choose.

Play San Diego. Baltimore doesn't score a lot, they win the defense. The Cards can put up a bunch of points in a hurry.

I have the same two. Right now I'm looking at San Diego, coming off the bye week...BUT, if Leinart starts at Arizona, I might switch back to Atlanta.

I would without a doubt start the Atlanta Defense. First off they are coming off a horrible beating from the Saints and they will want payback. Plus the word out of the Arizona area is that Matt Lienert will be starting this game. Rookie QB + pissed off Defense = sacks and int.

Start San Diego, they have a real strong D-Line. And it will not be a high scoring game due to Baltimores Defense

I would start san diegos defense they have the best front 7 in all of football and baltimores offense isnt really going to light anyone up.

I'd go Atlanta. Especially coming off a loss to N.O.. I like the Ravens D (they've been giving me points all year), but not against San Diego.

It relies upon on how your team rewards factors to protection. Dallas has the finished protection, yet Buffalo is close. The matchup that the expenditures have with the Rams is too a lot to bypass up. the different thoughts are not any further close. On any given week, Dallas is your astounding D, yet i'd play the matchup and take the expenditures.

Arizona has a better running back and better wide receivers and a QB that will try to put up good numbers to keep his job.

I would go with SD without a doubt in my mind.
