If you go to walgreen (if that is in your area) or n e other store and ask where the cosmetics section is, then if you look in the nail section you should find products to help you with that( such as nail stretghner and etc) for what ever problem you got, it has it i really cant remember the company at the top of my head but if you go to the store you should see it!!! GOOD LUCK!

I dont think nail polish or nail polish remover is the solution. Instead when in tension, try to play with the things lying around you instead of your nails. I had the same problem, but got rid of it. Hopefully, this shall help you.

i bite my nails too and it is very hard to me to stop. i have found a good nail polish by Sally Hanson. It lets your nails grow and has calcium in it. I forgot the name of it but you can search for it online or go to a beauty shop or pharmacy to get it. I thin Target may have some too. It works really well for me and it is very shiny and pretty.
You can also get this clear nail polish that tastes ans smells like garlic. This can help to break the habit of biting your nails.

Yeah I'd either make that trip to Walmart, or go to a nail salon and get a regular maincure.

theres this stuff, i forgot the name, but you can get it at sallys beauty supply, you put it on your nails, then when you bit them it leaves this horrible taste, you cant even imagine, in your mouth, and its hard to get out. it works the best.
