Take the scenic route with long, slow strides. I'm in no rush to get to the grave. I would gladly lose that race.

yesterday was the race, (I lost of course). Today I am taking the scenic route & hope to be the weiner...I mean winner....

NO...you just go at your own pace...although if your ego is out of balance you will feel all the insecure negative emotions...
