I've done some research comparing healthcare in the US to that of healthcare in the EU. I've interviewed people in the US who are both satisfied and not satisfied with their healthcare. Is there anyone currently livng in the EU who would be willing to share his or her opinion on the healthcare system over there? Thank you.

Specifically, I'd like to know A.)What the health care systems are like in the countries (how they differ, which ones are better) and B.) If you prefer healthcare here or in the US.

I want an insider's point-of-view on this. I can read a lot of the EU websites, but it's not the same as gathering information from people who have actually lived it.

Healthcare in EU can be drastically different from country to country. Basically, common thing is that urgent medical care is free for everyone in EU, but other medical care varies a lot. I lived in several European countries, for the last couple of years I live in Scandinavia and I think they have supreme medical care (well organised, practically free, great medical service). If you let me know in more details what are you interested in particularly (and in which countries) I might be able to give your more detailed answer.
