Hey man do not worry about putting on fat it will come later in life, go to the gym and put on muscle.stay away from steroids. you are who you are,be happy with yourself. take care of your body inside as well.my uncle 83 yrs old weight 130lbs 5'9". stay slim live longer.

I have seen many of my friends getting in good shape by working out with good food. Not necessarily oily food, but timely food.

Why not take some of the protine shakes. my hubby takes them and they seem to be working for him but you have to work out or you just gain fat and thats not very hot but anyway good luck
