I did have a miscarriage a few years back, with no symptoms, and no bleeding I lost the baby at 8 weeks and at 12 weeks found out. Had to have an emergancy d&c, because my body set infection and didn't pass the baby. I had no clue. So it is possible not to bleed and have a miscarriage.
this time my body feels pretty abnormal and nothing I have felt before.

Truth is, even if I go in. There is no saving a pregnancy at loss this early on. And my co-pays are $500 for e.r. visits. $250 for emergancy care centers.
And currently I am waiting on my insurance to get me a refferal, so right now I have no ob,

When the uterus stretches it can be pretty painful for some women... And you may be constipated and you just don't realize it. I went to the bathroom everyday during my 1st trimester and a about 2 months into it my doctor told me the stomach pain I was feeling was due to constipation from my prenatal vitamins. If you don't believe it's either of these two things then you need to call your doctor's office ASAP. Most OB GYNs have an on call person 24/7.

I have have 4 miscarriages and 2 childeren so been there done that, if there is no blood nothing to worry about. You will have pains like you have never experienced while being pregnant. Some woman never have any problems, but just rest, relax take a warm shower. If gets to bad call your DR and put your self at ease or you will never be ok with worry all the time. and good luck

Sounds like normal pregnancy pains. If the cramping gets worse, by all means, please contact your doctor. You might even want to call your doctor today and let them know what you are experiencing. If this is your first child, definately call your doctor now.
