Air moves from high pressure to low pressure. The air moves almost parallel to the isobars but into a low pressure cell and out of a high pressure cell. This flow of air is called WIND.
Low pressure cells are areas where air, being heated from beneath, rises. The air around flows in across the earths surface, to replace the asscended air.
