An honest opinion from a male perspective:
Big implants on a flat chest tend to produce what I call 'gappy boob' syndrome, where there is this bony trench in the middle. It looks horrible and is a waste of money, frankly - a flat chest looks better than 'gappy boobs'.
I think implants do work OK in moderation, but only when there's something there to work with in the first place, if you take my meaning.

In my opinion a flat chest is better! This is because obviously there are risks with any cosmetic surgery and also do you really want scars on your boobs?? What if you dont like what they do to you? At least with your flat chest its natural and if people dont like that then thats their problem!! You are who you are and dont let any fool put you down (thats if they have). I dont know, but im guessing its because you feel very self concious of the way your chest is, not just because you want plastic boobs, so i would say just make sure you take into consideration the nasty effects of plastic surgery. I know there are good effects but just have a good think before you do anything drastic. Xx

Implants can look really fake - unless you get a good pair. Don't know if I could cope with the pain of the operation either so think I would stay flat chested. Would save a fortune on bras...

Flat chest every time. Implants are fake, they look fake and they feel fake. They cost thousands of pounds, and they have to be re-done every 5 to 10 years (just think of all the money it will cost!). They don't age with the rest of your body, so when you're a granny, your boobs will still be sticking out and staring everyone in the face! Then there is the risk of them leaking inside you, which, if it doesn't kill you, will mean you have to have them taken out. Just think of all the surgery you will have to have!
Buy a padded bra if you are that bothered about having an ample chest. I recommend Atlantis bras. They do a gel bra that boosts you a whole size, and they are very comfortable and pretty too.
Natural is best!

flat chest girlfriend, im a very small 32AA, so you cant be any smaller than me - you dont realise the advantages of being small do you, see when you are small you can be small one day then the next day be bigger with the use or padded bras and the liek. But if you go big you dont have the versatility any more, you are big all the time so less clothes choices and back pain, so come on stop thinking about surgery and love what God gave ya!

Flat chest. Women are so caught up in the way that they look and comparing themselves to others nowadays that they are not thank full for what they have!
I would never put anything in my body that is not supposed to be in there. Operations are always risky and to put your body through an unnecasary operation, is pretty stupid. Not to mention all the things that can go wrong as well, like uneven sizes, infections....
Natural is better!

Well, if you are a double AA cup, you may not be able to become a C cup, maybe a B cup perhaps. You can only go up 1 or 2 cup sizes usually and the implants must look proportionate to the rest of your body, or it will look unnatural. HTH : )

I don't know what would be best for you.
I am a big fan of implants though, C cup's on you I don't know your body size. Alot of surgeons don't do cup sizes either they do volume and projection.
Whatever will make you happy!

Flat chest! I bet your not super flat. I saw horrible looking C cup boobs at Nip Tuck and it looked like tennis balls not boobs. lol They look so fake and it doesn't move or bounce. Sure it will make you look seductive and sexy especially flattering wearing sexy clothes but when you remove your clothes and you're thin it will look like big tennis balls boobs its soooo ugly! You can still look good and sexy despite your flat chested, use wonderbra or bras w/ a little pad. And trust me, a guy will love you for who you are coz eventually they will get tired of big tennis balls boobs.
