everyone has done it at least once heck Just about everyone has done it at least once a day all you have to do is think about it and a complex system of nerves and mucles tell YOUR HANDS to pick up the object and MOVE IT so there for any one can move things with their mind (this of course leaves out anyone physically challenged in that area please know this answer was not meant to offend)
But Science has found that there are several parts of the brain that are not used in "normal" day to day life and are not tapped in to yet some say that these areas are where the ability to move things telekiniticly and other facinateing "powers" are located. I believe scientist are very close to tapping and exploreing these areas

Wright Sense said it. And the reason most individuals are either unable or have very limited facility with telekineses? There is a planetary collective consciousness agreement that seriously limits telekinetic abilities.

No one can move material objects with mind power. Some frauds claim they can, but it's just sleight-of-hand that magicians use...but the magicians admit it, while such con men as Uri geller don't. Magicians Houdini and Randi both exposed many frauds.

Sure you can. You have to empathize with the cellular make up of the item and ask it nicely. Seriously. Start with little hanging things and go from there. Try little toy cars after you are successful with more fluid objects.

I've moved a pen in my hand by turning it over. I've learned that at a Psychic class a year ago. Start light and work your way up to heavy items.

I try many times and it doesn't work. Everybody is different. I think it got to do with the magnetic field of the surroundings.
