Screen your calls. Ease back on the contact. Or just the straight answer, tell them. Bluntness pretty much does the trick.

Perhaps your friends feel you give good advice and that could be the reason they come to you with problems. Any concerns you have you should be able to address with them. If they can come to you with their problems, surely you should be able to talk to them about your concerns.

We have many aquaintances in life.
True friends are rare if you find one or two in your whole lifetime you have done well.
Maybe you need to just be open with them.

have you talk to them? you should tell your friends about your feelings,maybe they think you are a strong person without any probles,have you thought about that?
