My husband needs an attorney in Northwest Florida that deals w/child custody & other stuff. But the problem Is, we don' tmake enough money for a payment for a lawyer. Is there any way that we can get an attorney based on our income? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY! Thanks!

Contact the Fl Bar at www.floridabar.org if they cannot help you, you can try your local HRS office as HRS has inhouse legal help based on income for stuff like that.

Yes, call the LEGAL AID department in Jacksonville, FL they will assign your case to a lawyer that goes by your income....

I used Toni Craig in Fort Walton Beach for my divorce and child custody issues, didnt cost me alot either.

You could check to see if they have what is called "Legal Aid" in your area. My girlfriend had a problem with her Ex and their kids, and legal aid helped her. But we live in California. But it would not hurt for you to check and see if they have it in your area.
