I really hope you don't want a serious answer to this. There are literally hundreds of different methods you could use; gravity concentration, dense media separation, ultra fine grinding, sizing, leaching, froth flotation, smelting, autocalve techniques, the list goes on.

Usually you'll have to use multiple methods for your ore, and you'll have to pick the ones that suit the specific composition.

Gas flotation is the largest tonnage process but there are others even optical sorting.
