I am not sure about the 522 because I cannot remember the model numbers but Baxi back boilers have been around for at least 40 years

Baxi were out at least 40 years they were the first to introduce under floor draught to the boiler

Baxi started making this model in 1980 and stopped in 1997.......not much help is it.....however our Baxi rep. is Colin North...mobile..07764 817396.

Same as above, I put one in my parents house about 38 years ago. Stainless front and top Teak side panels as I recollect. Must be well past it by now, (yours I mean)
