First just be yourself, don't try to act like someone you are not. Second, it's not a good idea to date someone at work.

Try not to impress anyone at work! Keep that kind of thing out of work!! Impressions at work ending in dinner or your bedroom will mess up your work & the way people respond to you at work!!

Try that outside office!

I know what it is like to be shy but you just have to get over it, I may only be young but if you forget about it, it should eventually go!! Also SMILE! People who smile attract smiles, be yourself and if your a nice enough guy you will get the attention you want! I hope I helped! GOOD LUCK!!

Buy a good car, get an expensive haircut & get rid of your wallet, replace it with a money clip & keep Rs.50,000 in that, make it visible to her. Now she will be trying to impress you
