I'm guessing uk since not many people even owns a computer in india computers are cheaper if the market is large

I think it is cheaper in USA. I bought 15.4 " wide screen lap top for 500 U.S $ in Charlotte N.c U.S.A 2 months back. In India the same configuration cost about U.S.$ 700.
