Approach with proper respect. Dont behave like a chipku ....... give her space. talk for some time and do not expect her to become ur GF or dont start talking abt her personal life in the first meeting itself...........

Well I had a few guys who were my friends but I stopped being their friend cause I got tired of them never paying any attention to me. And to approach a girl you should pay attention to what they say and make them laugh with a good conversation.

walk up and introduce himself at an appropriate time. Don't just walk up and start talking to a girl like you've known her forever. that can be creepy and obnoxious. and if all else fails tell her she looks familiar and ask if you've me before. It's a real conversation starter even if you've never seen a person in your life!!!
