Well, I am not sure if what I've been doing will work on you. Just the same, here....... No to carbonated drinks, sweets, saltyand fatty food and cakes and pastries. Just drink water regularly. Drink also young coconut juice. That's all. Because for 3 months now, I lose weight from 75 kilos to 61 kilos.

Stop eating so much. Cut your portions in half.
Get up, get off the computer, and do some exercise.

I guarantee you will lose weight if you follow my advice.
