I knew you were going to ask this...just kidding. ESP is just intuition .........as for telekinesis..never experienced it or know someone who has.

I think that the theories of E S P, telekinesis, teleportation and mind reading are interesting but I don't believe that there has ever been any practical evidence of it either in laboratories or anywhere else. E S P seemed to be a product of science fiction stories and comics, especially telekinesis and teleportation, in the 1950's although experiments in mind reading have been going on for years before that. There have been instances where 'psychics' (how I hate that word) have assisted the police in murder enquiries by finding, say, the location of a buried body, and that has never been explained satisfactorily by scientists or the people who have this power.

I have tried telekinesis by concentrating on objects and trying to move them but without success. However I have had success in one department which you may care to try. When in the cinema or theatre or anywhere where there are lots of people sitting down try staring at the back of someone's head a few rows in front of you and concentrating all your will on that person. It's amazing how often they will turn round to look behind them. It has worked for me although I cannot claim 100% success.

I am sure the brain is capable of many things and as there are parts of the brain that we do not yet understand and other parts that medical science does not know the purpose of, it is possible that the secrets of ESP lie in them.

Extra sensory perception is as real and factual as the earth rotating around the sun. Telekenisis as well exists but not nearly as common. The average person utilizes only 10 percent off their brain. If the other 90 would do the same.
