just how powerful is the mind? what would your theory be on just what we may be able to do with it. other than solve problems

Well, there seems to be limitless abilities in those neurons that are firing away even as we're reading this.

Even if we were to read a paragraph that's "jumbled" up, we'll still be able to make sense out of it.

Yeah.

Recognising and being able to tell people apart, as well as memory, are also valuable gifts of the mind i suppose :)

Estimating the powers of our brain is just like estimating the size of the universe.
Its limitless.
Scientists say that we only use 10% of our brain's potential normally. The other 90% remains hidden.
Just imagine if by using 10% we have reached this far, what we can do by 100%

People already use their minds to do more than solve problems, so...I guess if our species survives the next 1000 years, more than 1/1000 of the world will use their innate psychic abilities.
