hi there,
first think about what u wanna achieve in life. Coz if you are serious about doing an MBA and after that doing a job, u'll easily get more than 20-25,000(this is minimum), with the facilities ur talking about, in good companies in India (pay packages are not a problem for MBAs). Obviously u'll get better opportunities for growth and better future. As you have given that ur parents are with you in your decision, I would suggest that doing higher studies will definitely benefit you. U've enough time to earn money since ur just into ur graduation. Decision is urs.

I'm not sure abot India -- but the best MBA programs in the US want you to have a few years work experience before getting an MBA. With work experience, you will probably be able to get into a better program (perhaps even one in the US -- where most of the top MBA programs are).

If I was in your place, and from a metropolitan city I would have taken the job first and after 2 years of work experience go for an evening or week end MBA course of the reputed institution.

Offers by the 'promising and leading companies' (if they are as stated) - Opportunities like these do not happen very often in this competitive job market. If the company is really good, you'll probably grow further in their growth and development programs. I'll grab the offers and continue my studies in my spare time (or distance learning perhaps).

If you take a break from school to make money it will be incredibly hard to forsake that money sometime in the future to return to school. If I were in your shoes... I would ask myself what benefit the MBA would be to me. If you can go to school for your MBA now and significantly raise your future earning potential... then I would say stay in school.
