There are two, Serendipity and While You Were Sleeping. I don't really know why but I can watch them whenever they're on. I suppose that they just give you a warm feeling inside and it's nice to see things work out for good people. Plus they're nice and simple.
There's also this one http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0145893/ which I never heard anything about until I caught it by accident. Sarah Michelle Geller suddenly can put all of her emotions into her food (like witchcraft) and she falls for Young Indiana Jones.

"50 First Dates" with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. It's funny (Sandler's brand of slapstick comedy doesn't gross me out as much here) and touching at the same time. And although you know that the premise is too damn good to be true, in the end you wish a real Henry Roth existed anyway.

i would have to say True Romance by Quentin Tarantino. i would say that it (or rather parts) can fall under comedy, but for the most part is one of the best romance movies i have ever seen. It is screwed up, dark, funny, and meaningful.
I mean, you can't beat rosanna arquette hook it up with christian slater, gary oldman as a white jamaican pimp, james gandolfini and the corkscrew, bronson pinchot and his cocaine, and best of all...Dennis hopper straight out calls christopher walken a *****...(best monologue ever)...ok that's my take.
