how do i get rid of redness do to me using water to get of waterproof wax?

i didnt use the wipes to get off that veet waxing thing and so i scrubed off the wax with water until it wasnt sticky and now i have really bad redness and have to go to school in an hour

you'l have to wait untill it goes down, whynot wear pants, dont scrub the wax off wither the wipes are there for a reason,
