...is it her profile pic? just click her and and send her a msg through myspace- dont come off as a myspace freak and explain how you ran across her pic.
now if it is a pic he has posted and you want to get to know her, why not ask your friend info about her, or HOW about offer to give your email to her via your friend.
dont go stalking anyone

If the pic is on his page then you have to ask him for it. If she is on his friends list then just click her pic and send her a message through myspace.

the person can choose to include their e-mail address on myspace if they want to. if you don't find their e-mail than maybe they don't want you to have their e-mail address. You can always send an message to the person on their profile, asking for their e-mail.
